He had 17 Ints during his five years as a Charger. That led all DBs during the stretch. Quentin Jammer, the Bolts' best CB on those teams, had 10 INTs during the same period (2002-06). He had two 5 INT seasons in that 5 year stretch. Even Casey Hayward hasn't matched that.

Except that INTs aren't the be all for a corner. They're such a flukey stat for a corner. Delta O'Neal, for example, recorded 10 Ints in one season. Didn't mean he was a great or even good corner.

Did anybody tell AJ he had all those INTs?

AJ was disappointed in him because he wasn't a thumper.

I'm sure that AJ was also disappointed that he kept complaining about his contract year in and year out. Thank goodness that AJ didn't pay an aging broken down vet like Donnie for his past accomplishments.
