--Williams was a great player...he'll be wearing a stylish walking boot by Thanksgiving.
--I am not a Guice fan...very explosive, but a running style not suited for durability.
--Tevi is an OT in our system...length + powerful blocking out in space...just how we like our OTs.

Just push "Replay" and try again,

I know man. Im just throwing out shit to see what sticks. I am pretty good at getting the clicks. Its my job to try and create traffic. Discussion. Bring in new members. I think the more i intentionally say stupid things the more discussion comes from it. (<----rap this)

              I love Melvin Gordon.

I totally understand and empathize with him, this is what he should be doing to look out for himself and his career.

However, it makes little sense for the Chargers to throw that much money at him. He's a very good back, but he's also been a bit injury prone.

I'm more in favor of a trade than anything, I guess. At least they could get something back in return. But I am still hoping a reasonable contract can be reached, but that doesn't seem likely.
"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

We haven't heard anything from the Charger's management and we have heard everything from Melvin Gordon and his agent. I am not sure if this is a good sign what you guys think?

                Management No Response
                1. Keeping their business handling out of the media
                2. Management has taken a stand there is no negotiation to a player already under contract
                3. Management isn't saying anything because they are weighing trade options
                4. Management has no ideal what to do

TT said last year they'd love to extend him but the cap space would be an issue. We made an offer that is clearly much lower than Gordon wants. I would really be surprised if he is traded so I'm going option 1 - the way I wish all negotiations went. How long he holds out is really the only unsettled question left in my mind.

Trade him. See who we have in camp ready to step up (my hope would be Jackson, and excited to see what Jeremy Cox does as well). Bring in Chris Ivory, Jay Ajayi, Alfred Morris, Charcandrick West, or Stevan Ridley to compete.

Being a Boise St. guy I would love to see Ajayi play for the Chargers. At the same time I would be kind of hesitant to sign him as well due to his injury history.

I was hoping the Bolts would draft Alexander Mattison RB BSU this year. Then this MGIII shit would be a completely mute point.

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
