I know those seaside cliffs can be dangerous, but I think this one might be the worst in terms of people getting killed under them.

Responders are saying that is very dense soil that fell on the unfortunate people. They had to be in exactly the wrong spot at the wrong time.

I was just walking on that beach a couple of weeks ago. My brother was there yesterday when it happened. Tragic. Coastal erosion is real around there. Del Mar, Encinitas, Leucadia.

Know that beach well. Terrible. I sent the kids the info. They are aware. Water was closed for Great Whites recently and now the bluff is collapsing on people. Lots of crazy happening at the beach this year. Few years back a man was munched by a GW at Fletcher. Thats my home beach.
