You pass because you're losing (often).

So looking at net running/passing stats is futile.

    You win to run, period.
I can't wrap my head around this.

He can play all three LB spots,
which gives us flexibility in developing
      Tranquill, Kyzir, Nwosu and Egbule.

Actually Isaiah could also be a CB with length opposite Hayward.

      How about a Nascar front.
      Simmons--Bosa--Ingram--Derwin.

We have GOT to be able to defend Mahomes, Tyreek, Kelce, et al.

Not to mention what DEN, LVR are up to.

If we end up with a Super Bowl of SF vs TEN,
hopefully that will not be perceived as a moratorium about which way to proceed,
so far as building our team goes.

So far, I would definitely draft Simmons at 6 over Austin Jackson and that could easily end up being our big decision.
You think Simmons long arms are going to enable him to disengage from Jack Conklin's big bad ass...?
You've given up on Tranquil, Kyzir, and Nwosu already...? 6 months ago you loved them.
Simmons, Bosa, Ingram, and Derwin are not a NASCAR front. They are bumper cars competing in a smash up derby...
You want to stop Mahomes, Tyreek, and Kelce...? Keep them off the field... on the bench. See next Sunday... SF and TEN will be the the SB.
You think Austin Jackson is 1st round talent...? I'm talking Thomas and Wills @#6. If the 2 top OT's are off the board at #6... I consider Odukah. I'm not happy, but I'm considering CB over whatever the hell Simmons is... probably a speed bump...

you mean when the announcers even commented that the receivers just flat out dropped the ball? like when his first 3rd down pass hit Kelsey right in the mitts, that otherwise could have stuck in his fat facemask it was so spot on target? i heard them say that. Did we watch the same game?

You've given up on Tranquil, Kyzir, and Nwosu already...? 6 months ago you loved them. Not at all. I am all about player development.
Simmons, Bosa, Ingram, and Derwin are not a NASCAR front. It is one look I suggest. They are bumper cars competing in a smash up derby...
You want to stop Mahomes, Tyreek, and Kelce...? Yes. Plus Carr, Jacobs and Waller. Additionally Lock, Lindsay and Fant. Keep them off the field... on the bench. Ultimately, we have to play good defense. See next Sunday... SF and TEN will be the the SB. We'll see. Average Oline w/dynamic playcalling vs The Modern Natrone Means and his Band of Maulers.
You think Austin Jackson is 1st round talent...? Late round 1 IMV. I'm talking Thomas and Wills @#6. It's academic. Thomas is gone and Dedrick is from the Alabama HeeHaw Show. If the 2 top OT's are off the board at #6... I consider Odukah. Good choice, but I am building the Front Seven at 6 and 37. I'm not happy, but I'm considering CB over whatever the hell Simmons is... probably a speed bump...Simmons looks like a generational player, right about where we took Seau.

You have not exactly scored a 100 on your term paper.

Like both of these QBs. Just want to see a good game.

                Go Tigers.

so far both QB's are showing why they are highly regarded...... in college, are the DB's allowed to hold the receivers?...... the clemson defenders are hanging all over the LSU receivers mugging them..... yet zero flags.....

I didn’t say there weren’t dropped passes. Just that several of them, especially early, were behind receivers.
