Will summarize later:

Keenan Allen had 13 catches for 183 yards and two touchdowns and the Chargers still lost at home to Houston. The defense got no pass rush against a bad Texans line and couldn't slow down Deshaun Watson. Maybe the Chargers once again rally from a bad start, but that's tough to do in the NFL. This has been a rough start to the season.

Walter Cherepinsky - Walter Football 17 (LW 15)
Philip Rivers could go down as the greatest non-death, non-injury tragedy in NFL history. If he were on almost any other franchise, he'd have at least one Super Bowl right now. The Chargers, however, are owned by cheap people and can't pay enough to surround him with non-bums like Travis Benjamin and Macaulay Culkin who drop passes on the final drive of the game.

Dan Hanzus - NFL.com 12 (LW 10)
Melvin Gordon's cosmically doomed holdout just encountered another setback. Austin Ekeler, who has replaced Gordon in the starting lineup, piled up 154 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime, as the Chargers began their season by knocking off the Andrew Luck-less Colts. Ekeler was part of a committee attack with Justin Jackson, who ran for 57 yards on just six carries. Philip Rivers showed no rust after a preseason spent entirely on the sideline, throwing for 333 yards and three touchdowns. The biggest concern for the Bolts after Week 1? Their run defense, which was a major issue in their playoff loss to the Patriots in January and a problem again against a Colts team that went over 200 yards on the ground.

Pete Prisco - CBS Sports 16 (LW 8)
At 1-2, they are one of the early disappointments so far. The injuries have to be taking a toll on this team.
----
Mike Florio - PFT/NBC Sports 15 (LW 11)
No team can expect to keep winning three out of every four close games.
