What Should The Bolts Do About Rayshawn "Bonehead Penalty" Jenkins?

This was a great game for the Bolts...EXCEPT for one glaring party-pooper: Yes, I'm talking about Rayshawn Jenkins, who killed a nice 3-and-out defensive stop with a BONEHEAD unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, resulting in 15 yds. and an automatic first down. These are the kinds of penalties that drive a coach nuts, and can be a total game-changer. Later on, as the Bolts victory was secure and time was running out, Rayshawn was AGAIN jawing at one of the Packers, and had to be restrained by one of the Bolt coaches. That could have been ANOTHER penalty. Bolts can't afford to see a repeat of this type of behavior, or it could lose games for us. What should the Bolt Brass do?

I'm sure he'll get an earful from his coaches. Nothing more.

LOL...yep...I don't think we'll hear Lynn talking about Rayshawn and "elite" in the same sentence for a while...

He got into it again on the sidelines at the end of the game with some staff. Chill pills needed for this guy. Take 2 before each game.

Yeah Lynn teed off on him a bit. Well deserved. Does anyone have like a current prognosis for Derwin? I read an article about his injury. I heard it was a fracture. But I had no idea it was stemming from a prior injury in college.

I would cut the guy to set an example to everyone else that selfish behavior will no longer be tolerated and has serious consequences.

Well if he actually costs us a game then cut his ass period. Could careless if the team takes a cap hit if they released him. It's one thing to lose a game when you fumble or throw an int it's another thing to lose a game where you can't keep your emotions in check.

i thought for SURE that 15 yarder was gonna be the turning point for the packers. but that dline held up nicely today.

and jaylen watkins needs to play more than teamer.

                    Agreed.
                    Jenkins just shouldn't be here.

He may have just been personally having one really bad day. If he got it outta his system, I think he should be able to stay. If the problem re-occurs, they'll give him the heave-ho in a hurry. He has 2 Int's this season, so it's not like he's not contributed anything but a personal foul in one game. I'm hoping he'll contain himself from here on out. I'm betting the coaches are willing to give him another chance too.
