It still would not surprise me to see LAC draft Jordan Love in round 2,
in spite of his poor completion to turnover ratio.

He would slot in behind Tyrod, w/Stick,
giving us three QBs to run one offense.

Phil, put the Escalade on Craig's List...it's time.
We do not play modern football.

Fromm is not a first rounder...and no thanks in any round. Not sure Herbert has the nerves...arm talent, yes...but where is the production, the performance? He should be playing like a man amongst boys, and 2 seasons later...not impressed. Tua is a huge gamble, and I don't think this francise can afford said gamble. Burrows is impossible...Cincy ain't selling.

Still on the fence with Hurts....I think it is also a gamble, but we wouldn't have to trade the farm...and might actually be able to trade back some to get him.

Eason I like for the value, if we can trade way back, or trade back up in the first to get him....but here I am talking about value when it comes to our next francise guy...shouldn't be about that. He better be the guy, whenever we get him.

Jamie Newman is interesting, if you think Rivers still has some gas in the tank...and I think he can be had in the third, or even later. Use the first couple of rounds to build the lines(and FA) and if the third rounder doesn't pan out....well...we are used to that anyway.

If the guy isn't there for us in the first, do some trade backs, build up future picks while adding some talent to the team, and take a shot next year.
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB, Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

LMAO @ Hurts. That would be typical of the Chargers. Invest in a franchise QB that couldn't hit the side of a barn from 10 yards out. I think your best shot is for Herbert this year. Or, you can take a chance on next year's QB's. That's a big chance!

            Hurts

Don't matter if we move ahead of them. The NY Giants did it last year.

I'd be disappointed if it's Herbert. Been watching lot of him lately and he just isn't very accurate throwing 10+ yards so hope we plan on dinking and ducking every game.
If he fell to the second cool, but he needs a lot of work imo.
I think Mariota was a better QB in college and I don't even want him as a free agent.

Think I'd be done if they did that lol. Love isn't a franchise QB.

Love is still rated highly by pundits...the ones
                    who are wrong...lol.

The more I think about this, the more I worry that the team will want to make a splash moving into the new stadium and take Tua if his hip has recovered enough to get medical clearance. And if they do, we'll add the starting QB to the long list of players who miss games because of injury.
