So I just saw that two of our Sunday inactives were Tillery and Pipkins AND you can throw Stick onto the list too. With Adderly out on IR, that leaves Tranquill as our highest draft pick as a fourth rounder, making any type of contribution Sunday. Now props as Tranquill balled out and seems to solidified himself as a starter. What's the deat TT??? A first rounder as a December coaches decision?? Help me somebody.....was there any injury news on either JT or TP that kept them out Sunday?

Not to belabor the point, but the Chargers had Drew Lock in for a visit in April but chose to draft Tillery instead. Just like they chose to draft One Touchdown Williams instead of Mahomes or Deshaun Watson in 2017.

Adderley pre draft profile
2-3 rd pick
graded as chance to become a starter.
talked about having erratic play recognition as a safety. Possibly may need to move to corner.
not a consistent tackler vs run.
he still projects as chance to become a starter. So he fits the profile.

Tillery pre draft was 1-2 rd pick
graded as should be an instant stater. But he barely made that grade.
said he was inconsistent and needed to be coached up on how to use his hands.
So Telesco grabbed both at the high end of their grade.
the low end would have been a rd later if they were still available.

In hindsight we needed OL far more. A decent backup w the 2nd or even 1st might have won a few more games vs UDFA Trent Scott protecting the blind side. They have their priorities all wired backward.
