He was a available quite often Lynn just didn’t have him playing but he was on ST.

Didn’t a report come out early season that sources were saying Lynn didn’t like Gordon? He was just doing the whole “when you’re ready to come back we’re here with open arms” kind of thing to not mess with the locker room

        Wish list:

Let go of high price players (Gordon, Mebane, et.)
Sign Rivers cheap for one year (20 mil)
Sign mid level FA OL ( a couple)
draft a Justin Herbert in the first round (Burrow won't be there and not sure on Tua)
draft OL, DL, speed WR, LB, RB in that order in later rounds

        Sell the team

My offseason would start with building the OL and DL. I am good keeping Rivers - but make him a game manager. He should have been a game manager for a few years now.

Second, in free agency, don't try to sign the higher priced players. The data shows - free agency is for augmenting the roster

I would like to see a new coach, but I doubt Lynn is fired. But I think Bradley needs to go - Milus? Rex?

The team needs a Greg Roman type OC to go with Lynn

          Also fire George Stewart

Finally, Telesco had an F offseason. Benjamin, Mebane, Thomas Davis - all not good. Free agency and the NFL is not for the 30+ crowd.

First time posting - was on the UT Forums but got locked out of that as they changed it and didn't know my password.

At this stage in his career, at his advanced age, I highly doubt Rivers suddenly changes his style. Lynn or whoever is coaching next year can try to tell Rivers to be a game manager and to quit slinging the rock deep repeatedly for risky passes, but sooner or later, I think Rivers will revert to his hero ball ways. The Raider game was an anomaly--a leopard can't change its spots, and highly doubt Rivers changes his riverboat gamblin' ways...

              Good points
Taylor is on the roster - play him than.

One of Rivers best years was 2006 - the team was 14-2. I get LT was in is prime - he was MVP. The OL was great. The D was good. But they ran the ball Marty ball at its finest. Now I loved watching Air Coryell but that 2006 team - the best in team history.

                - Get rid of Damion Square. Dude is just not that good and players like him is why the team has been settling for mediocrity.
                - Get two or one speedy wide receiver to help stretch the field. We see that Allen and Mike Williams aren't speed receivers.
                - Find a new FS whether it is Adderly or other acquisition. Jenkins isn't that good.
                - Stop the Sam Tevi and Trent Scott experiment at RT.
                - Find a cornerback the team can depend on to defend opponents best receivers. Michael Davis isn't cutting it.
                - Get another tight end who can catch other than Henry.
                - Let go of Melvin Gordon and find another RB to take his place.

                    I’m doing some reevaluating myself.
                    B. Kelly should be pursued vigorously.

He is tops on my wish list - I really think he would be the best hire

Check the GM and Director of Player Evaluations.

4 years ago. Suggested re-do front office.

I wish I could pick the Superbowl winner in 4 years from now. Oh wait. I think I just might say Chargers win their first Lombardi. Can I bet the 2027-28 season winner now?
