Critty, those are all valid points. With some better support in some of those areas, I'm sure we win a few more games. My problem with Lynn is that:

1. As HC, you oversee all game planning, both on offensive and defensive side. Our game planning, even with a new OC, has been awful at times. Our offensive play calls are frequently predictable, unimaginative, and fail to take advantage of matchups.

2. Lynn's game day decisions have, at times, been baffling. His clock management at times has been terrible. I just don't think Lynn is HC material. Maybe a RB coach, but not a HC...

No thank you. If your not improving by your third season (Mistake wise) it is the head coach. No imagination has been shown by this man. Time to move on or I can free up next years schedule as I don't need to waste my time with this mess.
