The Cowboys are basically $2m over the cap per Jason and OTC. They will reallocate funds for Cooper and Lawrence - easily get 15-18m of cap space. I do think this takes Slater off their board - they might want to trade back or take a CB at 10.

Well they could move Lael Collins inside to OG and put Slater at OT opposite Smith - so thats a good point.

Cowboys actually need a Center with Frederick retiring from his illness a year or two years ago. That will be the team that could take Creed from the Chargers in R2 more so than Slater in R1
