Tua struggles to throw to "NFL open" receivers. Part of that is habit. Even in the clip, the CB caught up to the WR but there was a good 2 yards separation when the ball was released. He is used to throwing to wide open guys.

Part of that is arm strength. He can't throw into tight windows or deep out routes because the ball is too slow and defenders can get there.

I think the Dolphins will miss Flores ofn defense. On offense, McDaniel should be able to put in a much better plan for Tua. Jimmy G was no gunslinger but he wasn’t asked to do too much in the SF system. And they got to a Super Bowl and won some playoff games in other years with him. If they can maintain on defense Miami will be tough.

One cannot talk about Tua without bringing up Tyreek, Waddle, Gesicki. Or Herbert without KA, MW, Guyton (that's right Guyton.)
