BTW 'Roo, Duke Manyweather say all five Oregon Olineman are draftable. OLT is best in the nation and a youngin'. Hansen C, Lemeiux G and Throckmorton ORT should be on our radar in '20. This means they are pretty sound fundamentally, and coachable.

The OLT is great but he's not draft eligible this year.

Regarding Brandon Scherrf, I don't know his price tag but he's a real sound OG and we sure could use one of those.

I see no reason to use a lower round pick on a QB again. We got those with Tyrod and Stick. Who late is a clear upgrade from those guys? Stick maybe, Tyrod I doubt.

Discussions on one side of the line always run out of steam. Keep them all in this one thread. The issue is where should resources go anyways.

My take is to prioritize the Oline and cornerback over DT in the draft. Get a plugger in free agency: they are comparitively cheap.

He is a free agent this year...heck, I don't even know if he would want to come here...just pure speculation on different ways to help this team. Sure...I can say go get Brandon Sherrf...but sadly, there isn't a button to push to make that happen. But we can hope....

I like ol' SupaMel...but I tend to agree...he may be expendable. If you think Nwosu is ready, Ingram + Gordon gone=Brandon Scherrf or the like...and we could really use that type of addition to our team.

Or to put simply....Scherrf>Ingram+Gordon. Nwosu is your Leo, draft pick(3rd?) is your Gordon...or the JJ/Eke show.

Ouch...I knew he went down last year, but I totally missed he went on IR again this year...one less solution available for us out there.
