To go vertical, we not only have to improve the OL, but we actually have to sign a fast WR. Ekeler, our #2 RB, is our fastest weapon. Big reason why our offense struggled this year...no T-will and Benji is done.

Having another TE who can catch passes other than Henry would help too.

The team's problem was they didn't have the arsenal to spread defenses and stretch the field. The more receivers you go to, the better your offensive productivity becomes.

Spreading the ball around was why Rivers had success in the past.

I agree that the team needs better speed on the outside and another TE who can catch - but if he thinks about fixing the team by doing a little here, doing a little there instead of solely focusing on the OL and interior of the defense - its going to be a long year.

Someone like John Brown would be nice. He’s like Benjamin except he can actually catch balls that hit up on the chest and he also has a functioning brain.
