Buccaners, this rigged league is pulling the strings... It's obvious, he moved too fast to TB, things were set up around December.

"How are we going to fix this LA mess??? lets bring Brady to LA, lets facilitate them FAs, we are going to get them the best players... the zebras will be in favor of them.... we are going to make them winners to get fans on the stands...... yeah but what about Rivers? Hmmm lets send him to TB, Arians will fix him and give him a chance to the SB... you know what? lets do a Brady Vs Rivers in SB LV in TB... this is going to be biggest history in decades.. first team to play home team in the SB and the biggest soap opera of the decade: Brady vs Rivers in the SB, one in Chargers gear and the other in Bucs gear... fuck! that is a great idea! lets do it!."

I’m going with the Colts because if I’m Chris Ballard, I push hard for PR as the bridge qb while I find a successor.
I sell the Oline and a roster ready to win the AFCS
I’m honest about a three year plan to use 1 high draft pick/(ormultiple to trade up) to get a justin fields or Trevor Lawrence next year while trying to win now.

Rivers will appreciate the straight forward approach by a good front office and accept a market value offer.
my guess is that he lives in Indy solo during the season while the family stays in Florida.
            .005 Brock Bowers, TE/HB/SR Georgia
.037 Braden Fiske, DT Florida St.
            .069 Mike Sainristil, CB Michigan
            .105 Brenden Rice, WR USC
            .110 Mason McCormick, OG/OC S. Dakota St.
            .140 Zak Zinter, OG Michigan
            .181 Nehemiah Pritchett, CB Auburn
.225 Ainias Smith, WR Texas A&M
            .253 Carson Steele, RB UCLA

And what happens if it's Brady to the raiterds in a SB Terds vs Buccs rematch?
Then it's SB LV: LV vs.TB in TB.

I don't think he'll be able to find a home. He retires. Too many younger options that teams will bring in to "compete" for the starting job. Rivers won't be willing to "compete", IMO.

Arians is getting up there in age, so Tampa makes sense for a couple of years - one last shot for the Bucs.

                      Tampa

I met BA at a function here in AZ once and though he was coach of AZ - as a Chargers fan I asked about Rivers - said good things about him. I can see the fit

I think the Bucs are using that rumor as leverage to re-sign Winston.
