I'm stunned. Kobe was the greatest laker ever. The embodiment of the ultimate competitor and made being a Lakers fan the absolute best. RIP KOBE and RIP GIANNA and ALL OTHERS who passed away on this tragedy. I can't believe this is real right now.

R.I.P. to my personal favorite athlete and his poor child.Dude was fuckin fierce and anyone that watched him play knew they were witnessing a legend in the making.Grew up by the Inglwood forum and gotta be honest this shit got me choked up.Condolences to his wife and family.The world lost one of the best.

I was driving this AM when I heard this and an incredible sadness came over me. He was by far my favorite Laker followed by Magic and KAJ. I was also afraid that his family was in tow with him. Hopefully no one else in his fam was in it as losing 2 is more than enough for one family in one incident. RIP Black Mamba! My deepest condolences to your family my man.

Just a terrible tragedy. Like everyone else was so shocked to hear the news. Only got to see Kobe play in person once for a preseason game but followed his career and watched a ton of games on TV. Just hard to believe.
