I hope Shane Steichen's offense has a package of plays where they can send East Stick in at QB like Taysom Hill in New Orleans.

      This is likely a smokescreen.

That, or he doesn't know what he's doing.

in his earlier presser he also dismissed the notion of a rebuild, and suggested that they could pretty much retool on the fly....

and not sure if it came from someone/where within the org, and.... it was floated that they'd prefer the likes of a Cam Newton or Mariota as opposed to drafting a QB.... ??

would also volunteer the question: which QB wants to play for AL ??

the one guy that sticks out as a fit is Hurts.

anyone else come to mind ??

man if that were ever true, would simply be dumbfounded....

reminds me of watching summer league in Long Beach, and an eighteen year old kid by the name of Amare Stoudemire.... he yelled at anyone who laid a hand on him, and seemed to have a large chip on his shoulder, and had plenty of hype, and.... personally didn't see it, as wasn't impressed @all ??

hopefully I am just as mistaken 'bout Mr. Stick, as was also the guy that called Weddle little more than a dimebacker…. Easton you best hail Mary.

If he came out and said they were all in on drafting a QB, he should be fired....of course he is going to say this, whether it's true or not, because it doesn't tip our hand IF we are targeting a QB come draft day.

I agree - Taylor and Stick are fine backups. Now we just need our starting QB.

April is Liar's Month. Not in February and not to mention when you drafted a QB last year.

That was a 5th round shot in the dark, with a QB coming off a 12-4 season, and seemingly not in need of a replacement by 2020...not a QB they were locked in on for the future...just a roll of the dice. He has not showed to be anything more so far.

The whole offseason is liars month up to the draft...it has always been so.
