People have been asking Jason from OTC.com on Twitter about this - the NFL only updates figures when contracts are signed and finalized. Jason updates his website as deals are announced and he gets the data.

When I checked earlier today, the Chargers were around $23m or so. Based on needing to pay draft picks and have at least 5-6m for the season, the Chargers really are about 8-9m of cap space. Granted, the Pouncey deal could be more cap space if he is not physically able to play.

Ninja, So the blue Highlighted figures are the money the chargers would lose if they cut a player? So the other salaries under the other players can be cut without losses. Some players may not make the team this year. Which players can be cut to free up money before the season starts?

Sorry I didn’t realize it didn’t have the column headings.

Blue highlighted is this years cap hit if cut.
            - I’m not sure by what dates those cuts would need to be done by.
Most player salaries are not guaranteed.

We're in really good shape cap wise, especially considering who's up for contract next year. Surprised the Raiders still have so much.
