Stick doesn’t have a big arm. Other than that flaw, he is exactly what you want in a QB. Get him on a S&C program along with a QB guru to improve ball velocity through body mechanics. If we can get his arm to solid NFL level, we have our future at QB1.

AL likes mobile QBs that have a winning pedigree. Easton fits that perfectly. Stick has ideal traits/physical attributes, less arm strength, to run a variation of the shanarat zone blocking O with roleouts, PA boots, motion-jet sweeps, vertical routes, 2nd level crossers, and an even more dynamic QB called run options. Will it happen? Hopefully!
