    He's a candidate.
We also have one of the best S&C coaches in John Lott.

Still think that there's ways we can improve this area. Sports science can be pseudoscience at times but I feel there must be a way we can improve our AGL.

If the RDE gets up the field too aggressively on the pass rush, that leaves OG/OT gap wide open to the run. UCLA (with Joshua Kelly @ RB) did a lot of that. Maybe that is why Kelly was our RB target. He was a very good runner between the tackles in an inside zone blocking scheme.
Mods, someone has hacked Boltnut's account.

He seemed to be a perfect fit.
            Many mocked him to LAC.
            The athleticism is there.
Turns out, we would have not obtained anyone more useful than Pipkins, up to now.

That's really no longer true given the rise of pass rushing DTs like Donald and Chris Jones. I posted this 2015 article last year but it still holds true in today's modern offense.
A solid left tackle is still valuable, but as a pass protector he's not much more valuable than any of his fellow O-linemen.

Theoretically, a big benefit of the ZBS is that its easier to find guys to run it than Man.
please correct me if im mistaken or outdated, but if thats true, its never been more applicable than now.
Like youve mentioned, Campen's talent is in working with lower round prospects.
Lynn played in that Denver system
Telesco is allergic to spending high draft capital on big uglies.

everyone should be on the same page by now.
                we have mobility at qb.
Now we fans sit and wait for results.

We haven't had a consistently good OL in two years. So I hope things are better for everyone's sake especially if Herbert needs to play for whatever reason.

If your still looking for LT
If nobody steps up and really takes over the other OT spot

                    2021 Free agency
Maybe the new o-line coach Campen and the new RT Bulaga can help recruit Packers David Bakhtiari-LT who is a free agent after this year.

David would be 29 years old and he is one of the best in the league. As long as Packers don't franchise tag him. He would be available. Probably will cost top dollar though because other will be bidding too. 4year/70mil type of deal. Ouch.
Chargers typically don't spend like that on free agents. im not sure if the offense needs a top dollar left tackle unless they envisioned Herbert doing more work from under center. If that is something they really want to do, then Bakhtiari should be a target in 2021.

But Maybe Telesco could get slick and send Packers a 2021 2nd rd pick right now for him. And say to Green Bay...look he is going to be a free agent and we believe that he wants to reunite with Campen and Bulaga. So lets make a deal now. Then extend Bahktiari who is making 10mil on his last year. Offer 5 years/60 mil fully gurateed. The yearly rate of 12m/year is below market value but hopefully the fully guaranteed 60m makes him want to sign the extension.
Who has it better than us?
