There's a quote from Moliere that i happen to be believe true. Its how i approach medicine and healing. And i dont really think that the quote was meant to be taken in the context that i take it. Because at the time treatment was so limited across the world. However it applied to Traditional Chinese Medicine then and it still does today.

“Nearly all men die of their medicines, not of their diseases.” Moliere

I believe the beauty of TCM lies in its abilities to restore the liver and areas of the body that are taxed from the use of hardcore western medicines. So i may not believe that TDM can cure cancer....i do believe that it can restore the body rapidly to good health after treatment. I couldn't imagine doing chemo without also using TCM to purify my body. And Dr Chen is the best. Chinese patients fly from China to SD to see him.

I dont know if he feels he can cure cancer. But i know he feels he can put the body in the best position to give your immune system a chance.

How do I learn more about this? How do I find a person who can provide guidance, and what are the right questions to ask when looking? My daughter and I need to learn to speak this language.

I just saw something kind of interesting on youtube. It was Pam Grier's battle with cancer (abdomen) and how she was directed - this was in 1989 - to go to Chinatown to get some healing Chinese herbs and teas. Evidently it made a substantial difference as she beat an initial 18-month death sentence to be cancer free today - almost 30 years later.

I know FLEET uses Chinese teas from his doc. I wonder if FLEET's doc has expertise in cancer-fighting herbs/teas. Just something to consider I guess in addition to what's already being done.

Well it's tomorrow hopefully my dr will discharger me soon so I can go home and get some sleep! Chemo starts Friday. What horrible way to start the weekend. At least I can look forward to the game Sunday... Not seeing it that is out here it's KC or Denver mostly, booo! Someone tell qsmokey RAIDERS SUCK for me!
