My routine is the following:
- weight lifting Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sat, with rest days on Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu - 7pm-9pm; Sat 11:00am - 12:30pm
