Glad you made it Ok Bolt-O. Health and fitness is the foundation of life- especially as we age. I always got a ton of shit going on, but still make time for the basic exercise everyday and a light maintenance workout and/or some walking type exercise at least every other day. It can be a hassle and easy to skip in favor of other priorities, but I'm convinced being disabled or dead would suck MORE!
edit/add: also make sure you get enough quality sleep every night! I just read another article yesterday detailing links between Cardiac events, dementia, and sleep. People who lack sleep (especially as we age) have far higher risk of cardiac problems, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc. Good quality sleep is critical to allow our bodies to heal themselves mentally and physically.Last edited by SDFan; 07-14-2019, 05:52 AM.Life is too short to drink cheap beer :beer:
