Will be discharged sometime today. Some good news, ejection fraction was retained, but some side wall damage. The docs put me on ACE inhibitor and beta blocker to lower the workload on the heart, but this is a long haul recovery plan.
I appreciate the Mojo, but also may have dodged worse, due to overall fitness and prompt action....take statins and BP meds like your doc may say!

let cool. Eat and or take meat off and safe for wraps, sandwiches etc.
Break carcass in two, add with wing bones, leg bones, and feet if u got em to slow cooker.
Chop 2 celery stalks, I carrot, one onion into large chunks and add to slow cooker with 5 whole peppercorns, 1 TBS ACV, and some sea salt. (I make low sodium). Cover with water.
cook on low for minimum 24 hrs, up to 48. The longer u cook it the richer the broth.
I so do this once a week. I freeze some in ice trays and bag to use for sauces etc in my cooking.
Consume a cup every day and leaky gut syndrome will be a thing of the past very quickly.

A few other things I do.....
first consumption of of the day: 1 tsp turmeric, i tsp Cheyenne, 1TBSP ACV, 1TBSP honey, juice of half lemon or whole lime, water. This is to lower inflammation and clear arteries.
i also consume daily a juice of 2-3 celery stalks (including tops), 1 beet, i small apple, 1 chunk of ginger, 1 chunk of turmeric,.
