There was a unique weekly UFO show done back about 10 years ago or so. It featured well done re-enactments of UFO encounters. Can anyone remember it? One episode depicted a UFO appearing at some small desolate pacific island religious settlement. Anyways, the UFO craft appeared to the islanders. They waved, and the aliens actually waved back, no anal probe used,.

Andor is incredibly well done so far. Sufficient time dedicated to characters you grow to actually care about, and plotlines that don't conflict with previous films. That last episode was great.

Contrast that with Boba Fett and Kenobi which were epic disasters as far as I'm concerned. The first tried to make a once-ruthless bounty hunter into some honorable hero, the latter had cringeworthy plot conflicts with other Star Wars films. I hope this sets a precedent going forward. These writers are excellent.

Rare audio recording interview of Barney Hill recounting what happened that night. He mentions things not depicted in Hollywood’s movie recreation. For instance, he heard strange audible “pings” coming from inside his car.

Star Trek TOS. Spock to Captain Kirk…”Captain..we are being scanned.” Heh.

Didn’t really enjoy the recent “Glass Onion” mansion murder mystery, too Generation Z. Here are two scenes from an older “classic” one. Neil Simon’s “Murder by Death.”

“Fools Parade” 1971. After spending 25 years in a post depression era prison, Jimmy Stewart accumulated $25k in earned prison money that the state now owes him. The bank president and others conspire to do away with him and his $25k. A minor Jimmy Stewart role, but it has its moments. Also starring George Kennedy, Kurt Russel, Strother Martin, Anne Baxter.

Those slap hit sounds are probably the most commonly used most numerous audio effect in all of cinematic history. Fwap! Fwap Fwap Fwap!

Far off future wars won’t be fought over cities…they’ll be fought at destination points. Whoever has the last successful technological Kung Fu type move at that staging area, which can’t be countered, wins. I’m talking a future of anti gravitational machines heading off for a showdown. A Kung Fu type showdown. The loser is now left vulnerable for actual destruction. This is how future wars will be fought. Civilized!
