Generation gap - I never even heard of most of the people/groups the rest of you like.
For me -I'm a country music fan - especially the pre-ninties country. Play me some George Jones.

          I stopped loving her today.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

                  Tom Waits.

And Patsy and Johnny Cash rule. Doesn't matter how old you are, give them a listen. Good for you La Costa.

I think its the song Every Rose Has Its Thorn that states every country musician has a sad sad song. lol This must be what the song is referring to. My stepfathers grandpa started WSM radio with Ed Gaylord. OPUBCO. Gaylord Entertainment. So i got to spend a bunch of time out at the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland growing up. I was exposed to a lot of Country music. Around 10 years ago i drove my son out to Nashville and he got to meet a bunch fo legends. Including LIttle Jimmy Dickens. Good times.
