Matt Ryan was 8-for-15 passing for 97 yards and a touchdown, and the Falcons (0-2) led 23-7 after three quarters but the Ravens (2-0) rebounded behind backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes.
