The Los Angeles Chargers announced they have waived QB Max Duggan. He’s bounced back and forth between the practice squad and active roster a few times this season and seems like he’ll be back on the practice squad. Duggan, 22, was a Heisman trophy finalist and led TCU to the national championship game during his senior year.
