Jim Harbaugh makes another aggressive move for Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers are fueling the Michigan-Los Angeles pipeline once again.  According to Tom Pelissero, Michigan Wolverines defensive line coach Mike Elston is expected to join Jim Harbaugh's staff withe the Chargers.  He will also be the DL coach for LA.
