    NFL Week 3: Cowboys Recover Amid Upsets Galore

    What an absolute insane weekend of football. There were protests on the field and off the field, but games were played. 16 of them, in fact. And the outcomes nearly matched the madness of controversy swirling around the league.
    Perhaps I earned a wild card berth after my 9-7 record for week 3, but who could have predicted that many crazy plays, upsets and underachievers? Let’s get to the slate of all 16 games for some quick thoughts.
    Rams 41, 49ers 39
    I thought after the game the Niners had with Seattle, they would give the Rams a tough game and win. Tough game? Check. Win? Not so much. But as you will see with the Seahawks’ performance later on in the piece, it appears they are not the Super Bowl worthy team I thought them to be.
    As for the Rams? So far so good.
    Jaguars 44, Ravens 7
    One word to describe this London, England result: WOW! Who would have thought this would be the final score—let alone the Jaguars winning? Well okay, I picked the Jags to win. But not by 37!
    Bills 26, Broncos 16
