The Washington Redskins placed linebacker Nick Barnett on injured reserve and promoted linebacker Will Compton to the active roster from their practice squad, the team announced Tuesday. The Redskins also signed free agent linebacker Adrian Robinson to their active roster and signed free agent tight end Gabe Miller to the practice squad.
