During the 2019 NFL Draft, the Chargers made sure to double-dip at the defensive tackle position, ensuring they poured ample resources into their weakest position group on the roster. With their first and last draft picks of the weekend, the Chargers took Jerry Tillery and Cortez Broughton, respectively. But that wasn’t enough for the Bolts as they signed another pair of defensive tackles among the 17 other undrafted free agents that were inked Saturday evening. One of those two UDFAs knows a thing or two about the Chargers as they picked his former college teammate, Justin Jones, in the third round of last year’s draft. Eurndraus Bryant (pronounced ahn-Dray-us) was a top rotational piece for the Wolfpack behind Jones and the rest of the talented defensive linemen that were all picked at some point in the 2018 draft.
