    Orlando Brown puts up a stinker at NFL Scouting Combine

    Former Oklahoma All-American Orlando Brown is expected to be a first-round pick in April’s NFL Draft. Here’s a dude that comes in at 6-foot-8 and 360 pounds. He’s an absolute behemoth and someone we are all interested in watching at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis this week.But even before players took to the field for drills, Brown disappointed the masses in a big way. He put up just 14 reps on the bench press during Thursday’s weightlifting session. That’s bad. Really, really bad. To put this into perspective, guard prospect Will Hernandez dropped 37 reps during his bench press on Thursday. It’s also important to note that no offensive tackle prospect has been drafted in the first round since 1987 after putting up 14 or fewer bench reps at the combine. For those of you who don’t follow the annual dog-and-pony show, this is some pretty big news. It will surely have wide-ranging ramifications once the 2018 NFL Draft is held in April.
