Just in case you were wondering, it’s “game on” in the SEC West rivalry between LSU and Texas A&M. At least that’s how we probably should interpret Ed Orgeron’s cold-shoulder response to questions about new Aggies coach Jimbo Fisher.
During an appearance at the Houston Touchdown Club on Wednesday, the Tigers coach was peppered with a couple of questions about Fisher’s move from Florida State to Texas A&M this offseason. And judging by the video of the encounter, which was captured by The Houston Chronicle’s Brent Zwerneman, it appears as though there are few things in this world Orgeron would hate to talk about more than his new SEC West rival.
In response to a question about what Fisher’s presence would bring to the conference, a slightly annoyed Orgeron appeared to brush it off with a simple “not much history.”
