Alabama is widely recognized as the best team in college football this season, even among one of their chief competitors. Clemson was ranked No. 2 in the first CFP rankings, which were released on Tuesday. Though they’re only one spot behind Alabama, Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney said the gap between Bama and everyone else is huge. “Hey listen, we’re just glad to have an opportunity at this point to know we are in the hunt,” Swinney said during an interview with ESPN. “But the reality of it, it’s like back when I was a player they had kind of the big time bus then they had the ROY bus, the ‘rest of ‘y’all.’ It’s Alabama and the rest of y’all right now.
