Dabo Swinney loves him some Belk. Just not the Belk Bowl. Swinney had a funny quote Saturday as he bragged about his pink blazer, praising the department store for their s******** and pricing. He added, however, that it’s not enough to make him want to go to their bowl game. The Belk Bowl, as you may know, does feature the ACC against the SEC. They’re typically unranked teams, and it’s not a prestigious bowl game. The good news? Clemson are more or less certain to avoid the Belk Bowl. As long as they don’t slip up, they’ll be playing in the College Football Playoff. And Dabo will be doing everything he possibly can to ensure that they keep their standards high.
