McMillan entered the draft as the safest rookie wide receiver option, and he landed in an ideal situation. He has the upside to develop into an excellent wide receiver with top-10 fantasy potential as a rookie, though there is also a risk he takes time to adjust and gets lost in the shuffle among several Panthers receivers.
