    I love this kid.
He is the team’s punter as well with a 42+ yard net average.
Very athletic, willing but not great, extensive route tree, speed is a ?, and great hands.

      58. BALTIMORE RAVENS: WR JAELON DARDEN, NORTH TEXAS

Adding a dynamic slot receiver like Darden to this Baltimore offense would be dangerous. Darden finished the season as the fourth-highest-graded wide receiver in all of college football. The 5-foot-9, 174-pound wide receiver has been among the most elusive in the game, breaking an FBS-high 23 tackles and averaging 7.7 yards after the catch. Darden was clearly a threat on screens, but he was even more so on vertical routes with his deep speed. His receiving grade on such routes was the fourth-best in the FBS, and his 11 receiving touchdowns were two more than anyone else.
Our quarterback is a golden god.

          R2 seems a little generous.

However, if he shows up at his pro-day at say ~185 lbs AND runs a sub 4.4, then he could rise into the 3rd or 4th round.

It’s a big ask, but not impossible.

Alex Highsmith was my Alex Highsmith from last year. Wish we had him this year. Value.
Claypool's a beast! Why do we always draft the wrong ND players...?

You always hear GMs and scouts talking about drafting traits, not college production. Yet we keep drafting WRs who were prolific in college (MW, Reed, KJ Hill) but underwhelmed at the combine. KA’s the great exception (though he would have shined at the combine if he was healthy), but thankfully TT was smart enough to know a steal that year.

Claypool killed it at the combine (4.42, 40.5”). AND he’s 6’4. At some point you just can’t ignore those physical gifts.

I expect both Fehoko and Imatorbhebhe to post similar numbers at their pro-days, but I don’t expect TT to seriously consider drafting either in the later rounds.

We did talk with Mike Strachan. Big, very fast, excellent hands, just question level of competition but the insane physical traits are there. Grew up in the Bahamas, I think, then attended H.S. in Virginia.

That’s true. But I’d be shocked if we spent a draft pick on him. He’s an UDFA target. They’re more likely to sign if you build a relationship first.

                    At least it’s something.

IMV rounds 6/7 are for prospects with high end traits who need coaching/development.
UDFA is of course the biggest possibility but I have a mid-round grade on him.
I’ll email Charleston,WV and see if they’ll authorize release of the film they sent me.
Looks like a grown man playing Pop Warner.
