I was thinking what we can do is..... I'll put up a player board and then give slotted times to pick. And if a pick isn't made you get the top player on the board. And GMs can message each other and make trades and when finalized just post in thread who traded what.
That way everyone playing can help keep draft going.
Example.
Saturday & Sunday Rds1-3.
10min a pick.

Picks 1-6 are in the 9am-10am Pacific time on Saturday.
Picks 7-12 are 10am-11am
Picks 13-18 are 11am-12pm
Picks 19-24 are 12pm-1pm
Picks 25-30 are 1pm-2pm
Picks 31-36 are 2pm-3pm
Picks 37-42 are 3pm-4pm
Picks 43-48 are 4pm-5pm
Picks 49-54 are 5pm-6pm
Picks 55-60 are 6pm-7pm
Picks 61-66 are 7pm-8pm

With Jax on clock 9am-9:10.
Then Jets on clock 9:10-9:20
Etc ...


And then we do the same thing starting Sunday
Picks 67-72 are 9am-10am
Picks 73-78 are 10am-11am
Picks 79-84 are 11am-12pm
Picks 85-90 are 12pm-1pm
Picks 91-96 are 1pm-2pm
Picks 97-102 are 2pm-3pm
Picks 103-105 are 3pm-4pm

With pick 67 on clock from 9am-9:10am
Etc..

And the big board that I pick will be the auto selection board when a pick isn't made.

So even if I'm not here or whoever may want to be the acting commissioner, the people participating can make selections and if the person before your pick missed their draft window. We all know they get the BPA on the big board as an auto pick. So the person doesn't have to wait. They can post the team before me gets Prospect BPA and I will select this prospect.

If a person has to tap out, then they just go on auto select until they return.

How does that sound?... as the way to make this draft happen and keep up a good pace and you will know in advanced your slotted pick times.
