This is correct. Please read first post of this thread, people with questions. There is a specific time slot for each pick...that way people know when they are pickiing. If somebody picks in their first minute, the next guy will have 19 minutes to select...get it? There is no speeding this up...but also no undo waiting, and you know just when to be online. Very good system.

Let's stick to the pre defined windows. I just posted JAX yesterday because it was obvious. Teams can pick fast and early and the next doesn't have to wait. But I do want the windows to be there so others can show up for their window and have no issue about what happened before them.
