Agree on Stover but doubt he is ready to be a starter as a rookie. He is raw as a TE now in college. So then what? Start Parham or resign Everett to a 1 year deal? He isnt a very good blocker. If we sign Harbaugh id guess he would like to draft his TE Barner but im sure he knows he isnt starter material out the gate and im sure he knows all about Bowers.

Fuck Bower.total waste of a draft pick at #6s..for a maybe good player. The first two I mentioned are 75% chance of success.
Says the guy that wants to draft a QB in round 1.

so tempting to put Fuaga and Powers Johnson into the mix, as god knows, Justin could use something to plug the leaks on the Oline, and.... stickin' to my guns,

still want Latu, w/Newton as plan B.... Bowers and the aforementioned are need picks.... would rather hedge Khalil, as really don't like the thought of just Tuli on the Dline ??

and stickin' w/T'Vondre round two.... the Dline looks really vulnerable talent wise, and don't want to take chances there, not to mention that's where the talent lines up.... @least speaking for myself.

looking forward to seeing how things reshuffle.... first post Jeremiah's first mock, and then when Zierlein takes the stage.

no CB (Mike D.), WR (Keenan +3), RT (Jamaree), OC (leaning Connor Williams in FA) or TE (Everett), and.... Dline/front 7 'til the cows come home.
ED Matayo Uiagalelei, DT Dontay Corleone, OC Iapani Laloulu, CB Domani Jackson, OG Earnest Greene III, WR J Michael Sturdivant, LB Eric Gentry
TE Jelani Woods, LB Isaiah Simmons, TE Cade Otton, RB Kyren Williams, P Matt Araiza

think it's gonna be the two QBs, the WR, and the two LTs that are off the board before we pick.... after that it's prolly anyone's guess ??

          WR Nabers, Odunze
          TE Bowers
          RT Fuaga
          DT Newton
          ED Dallas Turner, Latu
          CB Kool Aid

          think that's all folks,

I’ve mentioned before to try and bring in TE Harrison Bryant as your blocking TE. Bryant also has some receiving skills. So you could go in next year with Parham, Bryant and Stover. You might have Smartt fighting for a spot as well. I’m also down to bring in Herbert’s brother Patrick Herbert as an UDFA.

Another WR that isn’t getting a lot of talk who could be a steal is Ainias Smith. He lines up all over the field including the backfield. He’s projected to go in the 5th. If he has a good predraft, he could move up. if he’s there in the 5th, could be a another steal.

You would rather sign Harrison Bryant and draft Stover than draft Bowers if he is on the board? And start Parham? Yikes! Ok. If he isn't on the board then that's our other option I guess. TE won't be a very strong position.
I don't know what Bryant is worth in FAcy but what if we signed him and still drafted Bowers? TE group is much better.

Herberts brother should go back to school as he is a Jr.
He only has 20 career receptions. 14 of them this season. Btw, ever seen his pic? Looks just like Justin but with a mustache lol ( on ESPN)

Could have used a good back-up QB numerous times over the past few seasons and if we were an actually competently run organization we could have used a quality player who we could actually use and trade. But yeah I'm the crazy one who doesn't want to over draft a player who should be taken in the late 1st or maybe second round. The problem with this team is that we keep on going into this season every year thinking we have enough of Whatever only to painfully find out by the end of the season we don't. What gives? We played a heavily injured Herbert with broken ribs and broken fingers because we had No ONE Else to carry the load. Kind of like limping around the race track with flat tires at the end of the car race. Totally preventable stuff that consistently screw up season in and season out.

I actually like Verse more than Turner. Reminds me of some ways a younger Mack with his pocket push.

What about Troy Franklin from Oregon. Ran across him from watching other Highlights and thought this draft class of WRs is actually quite deep.

                        TE Brevyn Spann-Ford. 6-7, 270 lbs. Projected as a mid-rounder.

Drafting a backup QB in Top 5 R1 is a misallocation of a rare pick that is expected to be a pro bowl starter, imo. No team does that for a reason … we want an impact starter with a top 5 pick. Hence my “crazy” reply.

but hey, I’ve been getting surprised this year so who knows.
