Yea no doubt he has matured as a coach since his days with the 49ers. I remember laughing at him watching his head explode on the sidelines. I personally think him going back to college to coach did him a well of good.

It came to me tonight, Jim is a weirdo like Tom Cruise. Just something off and not right with the guy. I think I'd prefer the normal John over Jim, even the Dad Jack seems weird.

Probably comes. Minter had a Ravens background under his brother John. And we have some guys who fit that defense. But im prepped to go big on offense. I just want that side of the ball set long term. Then let guys gel under Harbaugh.
