The top four teams have great CENTERS.
    KC...Creed Humphrey.
    DET...Frank Ragnow.
    BAL...Tyler Linderbaum.
SF...Jake Brendel (Kyle will tell you this guy is vital !)

What does this add up to ?

The 3 best teams had the #1, #2, #3 defenses.

Edit: The #3 and #4 TE's didn't make the playoffs (Engram and Hockenson).
can't deny this. defense still wins championships. i still would not mind nabers at 5 or Bowers after a small trade back, and then going defense after that.

we could easily be trading back, and then going RT or defense. thousands of scenarios, which will all be covered here in the next 2 months.

Bowers after small trade down would be ideal.

But what if MHJ is there at 5?

i think someone is going to get MHJ at 3 or 4. if he is there at 5, so many possibilities open up.

grab him or the trade down multiplies if the trade strategy is on. wild scenario, but unlikely i think.

Oh, gawd, this reminds me of Frank Gorshen playing The Riddler to Adam West's Batman in the 60's!

That show taught me to recognize poor acting when I saw it! lol

That question posed was, "What if MHJ is there at #5?

Totally agree that it's unlikely. But if it DID happen...

There are three options: Take him, take a player OTHER than MHJ, or trade down.

To answer this question, *EYE* would need to know the compensation I'd get for the trade.

I remember in 2011, Atlanta giving up a boatload to move up from #27 to #6, to select Julio Jones.

ATL gave up their 1st (#27 overall), 2nd, and 4th round picks in 2011, as well as their 1st rounder in 2012.

If Joe Hortiz can close a deal on a draft day trade that looks anything like this, I'd be a fan.

There are so many good DT's in this draft. Most of the time, you can get a good one in the 3rd round. That's what I'd be doing this draft. Joe Horitz gets a lot of his DT's in mid-rounds.

DT is near the top of my list of Charger upgrade opportunities. It has seemed high at 5 to me too but at some point we have to invest in that side of the trench so … idunno. If he balls out and dominates his position, its a great addition and fuck the rankings order.

We should draft one of those too, just not at #5 as thats not necessary.

Now that I think back on that show I actually think Batman and Robin were horribly bad acters with all the wonderful Villain actors stealing all the scenes. Crap, is it just me or was this really the first time in my life that I cheered for the villains more...

Nothing like trading Filet Mignon for 10 bags of Doritos...What we really need is to trade one Filet Mignon for two Rib Eyes...
