Giants could move up 1 spot for a WR or QB. WR is their #1 need but that is if you believe Jones is the answer. If not then QB would be their #1 need. I would take this years 2nd and next years 3rd.

I deal scenario would be Giants move up 1 pick to get their WR and then trade back again with the Falcons. Falcons moving up for a QB. I would trade their next years 2nd and this years 3rd and 4th.

That would give the Chargers 2 2nds, 2 3rds, and 2 4ths this year, and 2 2nds and 2 3rds next year. Chargers could trade back in 2nd and 3rd to pick more picks if they want.

I think it's important to note that next year's QB class is not supposed to be very good.
I don’t know how Daboll could think Jones is the answer when Jones is about to get him fired. I do like your double move there to only move 2 spots, its wishful.

Shitty QB's are coach killers. a new QB could give Daboll a reset / 2nd chance at his head coaching job. a 2nd round pick to move up one spot - sounds like a deal.

Can't believe everything you read! I've SEEN that as a matter of fact Nabors' blocking is exceptional and one of his strengths!

Yeah a 2nd might be a bit much but the Giants have 2 2nd rnd picks and if they believe they need a QB they may be willing to part with one of those 2s to ensure they get the QB they want.

There will likely be 2 QBs with 1st rnd grades left on the board when the Chargers pick so I expect that pick will be pretty valuable for teams that want a QB, so I'm guessing there will be a lot of competition for that spot. Plus, as I have stated that next year's draft class is not suppose to be good. I can't confirm that myself just what I have read.

Also, Falcons need a QB as well so it is possible that they could move up 2 spots with a trade with the Chargers to get the last QB which ensures they get a QB this year. It's not to far-fetched. Of course, all this could change depending on what happens with FAs and the combine but not out of the realm of possibility.

the last time these two teams worked out a trade it worked out well for the both teams...I refuse to believe that the Giants fire Daboll without giving him a chance to get HIS guy at the QB position, so much depends on what Chicago decides to do...they could really screw things up for the chargers if they trade Fields, because Fields would be a cheap trade option for a lot of QB hungry teams that are in position to trade with the Chargers...

I think what makes that pick a must-get is that #7 and #8 both (should) need a QB. Anyone past them cannot wait to find out. That makes the pick equally valuable to #7 and #8 if Hortiz describes the situation correctly about all of the flashing lights on his office phone from frantic caller(s). Maybe a couple lights he thought were flashing even if they aren’t.

”yeah, I hear ya - maybe #6 to #8 is only X on the draft chart in normal years, but I got #xx, xy and xz on lines 2, 3 and 4 …so, how bad do you need a QB? Maybe you could just suck ass for another year and if you and your coach are not both fired, you’ll have a high draft pick in 2025 and you can try again? Whats it gonna be, I got 5 seconds …”

The Bears are going to be the biggest ? this draft, IMHO. They are not tipping their hand on whether or not they are going to keep Fields or select a QB. They could trade back with either the Commanders or Pats and select MHJ to give Fields a weapon if they decide to keep him. Regardless, I think the Bears are going to trade the 1st pick. They already have their own #9 pick so a trade back would make sense. Again, this is if the Bears think that Fields can make that leap at QB.

If the Bears make the trade and select MHJ what does Arizona do? Do they take Nabers or Odunze? If they take one of the WRs that would leave potentially 3 QBs on the board when the Chargers pick. IF that happens expect fireworks to happen. Do I think any of this will happen? I think it's possible but atm just spit balling scenarios as I have no freaken clue as to what will happen come draft day.

they would be crazy to continue to bet on Fields after all this time and not take advantage of what may be their only shot at #1 in the next decade - especially when they still have another Top10 pick for a stellar non-QB player. I see the opposite but its anyone’s guess for now.

#7 is Tennessee and they are kinda in the same QB situation as the Bears with Fields. If Titan's/Callahan think Levis can make the leap then QB is not a need. They could either go WR to give him a tgt or they could go OT to protect him. Both are needs for the Titans.

I doubt the Giants are drafting a quarterback in the first round. I don't think the Titans are, either. If either of them is drafting a quarterback, they're probably going to want to jump ahead of us to the top three. Same with the Falcons.

Bucky Brooks says that Rome Odunze is battling Marvin Harrison, Jr. to be the first wide receiver taken. He says it's closer than most people think. He doesn't really say much about Malik Nabers.

Does he really know what he's talking about? I guess we'll see.
