IF we go DT a bit later in the draft I like Deone Walker and Cam Jackson! Both fit our system!

    3) TreVeyon Henderson -- really good complement to Najee and gives the team some burst

    4) if by some miracle TMac is there at 19 and there are plenty of Edge for the Bucs - trade 1/3 and maybe the last 6th rounder the Chargers have for 19 and Tampas 4th
Now chatter is Henderson to DEN at 20….

So funny, cause we’ve been saying it, it’s gonna tighten up, folks. There’s a bunch of guys that are gonna be drafted cause they are considered slam dunks to play and be solid starters Day 1.
Teams are looking at this draft. Not last years draft, not next years draft, this draft. Who can help me NOW. Who will play day one? Who can get you 3rd down conversions? Who can pass block? Who is gonna be out there for 3 downs? Who has sure hands and catches everything? Who can catch outta the backfield? Who’s durable? Who’s a quick learner? Who played as a freshman in a big conference vs NFL level opposition and was productive? Who improved every year in collage? Who’s breaking tackles? Who’s got juice? Who creates constant pressure? Who’s constantly stopping the run?

    Harmon
    Henderson
    Nolan
    Taylor
    Grant
    Hampton

All day 1 starters playing regularly as rookies for the Chargers.

Jalon Walker is one of my guys, but I know he won't be there for us, so I'm hoping the Patriots take him at #4 over an offensive tackle. That could give us an option to trade back with them, as they might want to move up for an offensive tackle like Josh Conerly, Jr., Kelvin Banks, Jr. or Josh Simmons. I think there may be more teams that will want to jump over the Chiefs, Ravens, and Rams for one of those three. I think the Ravens may be looking at Banks as a possibility to fill their hole at left guard, so a team may want to move up ahead of them if they are looking at Banks as a tackle.

Just throwing that out there, as there could be another option to move back besides a team looking to trade up for a quarterback.

I think Loveland and Grant are the most likely picks....IF they are there....I dont think we pass if one is there...

My guy Booker makes the most impact year 1....him and Becton absolutely transform that oline, and makes Roman's system, and Harbaugh's vision, work...

Wu may have beat us all to the punch...Egbuka getting a lot of buzz...

If they fell in love with Taylor when he visited, I would't be shocked if we take him at 22...very much a future in mind tyoe of pick.

I like a lot of other guys there...big cluster...ill be hard to disappoint...but outside of the players I mentioned, one other guy stands out, to me...Derrick Harmon.

Used to be a much bigger two gapper...got to Oregon, dropped weight, and became a dangerous penetrating 3tech...it took a minute for him to adjust to the run game 30 pounds lighter, but as the season wore on, he figured it out...some of his late season tape is fun to watch...holding the point of attack, then discarding guards like their trash bags, and swallowing the RB.up...

    Just some random takes...almost there!

    Round 3.
    Definitely has some ability.
    Press style.
    Able to play Zone.
    Tackling must improve.

    Mine would be:
    1) round James Pearce
    2) round Cam Skattebo
    3) round Isaiah Bond

If any of these 3 names were called this weekend, I'd be disappointed.
The permutations of that list is endless. To shorten it, I could do it by position.

I would like to see the first three to four rounds focus on DT, Edge, TE, and WR.
