Balls my friend....would love Rapp, don't care what he ran his pro day...he is right at the top in tackling, instincts, and quickness....its the straight line recovery speed that is in question...alas, we probably won't draft him....unless we believe he is a 4.5 guy, which is what his coaches and trainers say he had been running. Tape doesn't lie, he doesn't get beat....and usually in this league, it's not the speed that kills a DB, but slow reaction, or slow recognition, or just not being where you are supposed to be....Rapp will have no trouble in those areas.
I don't think we draft him....but if we do, I'll be very happy...Cuz that tells me our staff is convinced he is plenty fast.
Nope, just throwing out an idea about what TT might do. So hard to figure with so many variables, picking so late.
Apparently S isn't that big of a need now after they resigned Philips per the Draftek updated team needs. The simulator had Simmons available at 28 which would be a steal. In Rnd 2, Mack Wilson was the best pick ( no OT available).
