Good news - our hitters will have two more games in Coors Field before moving on to Philly for four games. If we're going to win any games this year these are the ones that look promising.

Bad news - we have 15 more games total against the Dodgers and Giants through the end of May. That's a lot of games against the best teams in your division to start the year.

Kemp is second in RBIs with 10, behind story with 11. He'd be tied for first if not for Upton's base running gaffe. Combine that with his non-hustle in the 9th that allowed an extra base, the Pads are not getting their money's worth. The problem is they don't want to rush Blash. So I guess we're stuck with Upton for now. What a waste of a roster spot.

I like Solarte's energy - and hitting - so I hope his getting hurt won't mess things up too much. Looks like he was in lots of pain. Maybe Rosales will be okay there.

Upton is my favorite Padre. I always like fast players in baseball. They generally aren't the best for winning, but they are exciting.

Anybody remember Alan Wiggins stealing home? My favorite play ever.
