Rumor is that the medical charts on Ross are a mess. That could be why they don't want to pay more than 10m for him. My guess is he'll be back at a reduced rate.

I heard the same thing too and I'm guessing the Pads would bring him back at a discount, but you gotta wonder how damaged he really is.
