TGwynn? Lance McCullers? LaMarr Hoyt? Jack Clark? Ryan Klesko? Dave Staton? Archi Cianfrocco? Dennis Tankersley? Little Seany Burroughs? C'monnnn!

Not the era just the colors. Like weve done with the throwback powderblue we doing the same with the old Padre colors. Not easy to find current era players in those colors. And we want the banner to consist only of those colors.

Flipping Outstanding on the Banner fella's. In the future we should add some of the Sunday camo that is MLB/College and even HS wide now, but started 100% by the Padres.

As for the players... I like the group they have up there. We haven't really had a marquee player that deserves to be up there since most of them...

A. Gonzalez (had he not eventually made it to the doyers then maybe...) Once a doyer, you're poop to me. I can see a Gyrko, Headley or Cabbie in the future, but not now for sure... They need to establish themseleves.

Shoot... What about a Hoffy...? Maybe in the ugly blue orange 1998 WS uniform. Something down the road... Maybe a generation by generation of players.

Being from Poway, you know I had to include Randy Jones and Tony Gwynn on there. We used to run into both if those guys a lot in Poway growing up. Especially Jones because we ate at his BBQ joint from time to time.
