Test drag and drop using Firefox...just dragged photo directly from one Firefox window to this field in another window, also using Firefox...then scroll down all the way and to right to locate black square corner border on lower right of bounding box...grab black square and holding down left mouse button, drag diagonally up and to the left to resize photo to smaller size as desired...and voila! Firefox works after all! Thanks to Fleet and all others to resolve this issue!

OK this is strictly Firefox. This is again on a PC. I still have a hard time doing this on a mobile device and couldnt get it to work last night. I used the photo address like last time. Drag and drop did not work for me.
